The
Society of the Cusslermen site has been developed
for Clive Cussler book collectors who require pictures,
details and information of every book published throughout
the US and UK.
The creator and members of this site have extensive
collections of books by author Clive Cussler and all
pictures contained in this site are sourced from them.

The picture above is of author Dirk Cussler, Cusslermen
webmaster Dave Hyatt, and author Clive Cussler Dec 11
2004 at the Tattered Cover Book Store in Denver.
Clive Cussler is one of my favorite authors, however
this is an unofficial fan site. I am just a fellow fan,
like you. I have no special access to Clive. I hope
that you enjoy your visit.
Visitors to this site have free access to the US first
trade edition information. Feel free to browse all of
the links on the site. For serious collectors, if you
wish to join the Society of the Cusslermen Club, and
have access to the UK and foreign editions, along with
the special benefits of membership, just visit the "Join"
page and see how to join with a one-time membership
fee of $25.
Members have access to pictures and descriptions of
books not available for web surfers who just view the
US editions on the "Books" page. Be sure to check out
Clive Cussler Books For Sale page.
Maybe
you are one of the original readers of books by
author Clive Cussler, who found "The
Mediterranean Caper" in 1973, like
I did. I used to eat lunch at a little deli across
the street from the bank I worked at in Spokane
Washington. Next door to the deli was a bookstore.
I went in there one day, and the owner, asked me
what kind of book was I looking for? I replied,
that I wanted something that was fiction, adventure,
and believable. She handed me The Mediterranean
Caper, published by Pyramid, and said
that she had just read it and it was just what I
was describing. I purchased the book, and read it
that night. I went back to the store the next day,
and asked for any other Clive Cussler books, as
"he's a great author". Sadly, I was informed that
there were no other books published by this author.
Here we are, 33 years later, and we are privileged
to have enjoyed so many of his wonderful stories.
My personal favorite was Deep Six,
staring Dirk Pitt®, what was yours? ...Dave

Book
collecting can be addictive and collecting Clive Cussler
books can be a lot of fun. My favorite kind of book
is fiction and action adventure. Clive Cussler books
throws in some mystery and suspense and puts it underwater.
Mysteries involving shipwrecks are the hallmark of any
good Cussler novel.
