Here is some more of the group gathered, waiting
for Clive to arrive. I mentioned I wanted to
take a picture of everyone holding the book,
so I could post it on the "Cusslermen"
website... while some had never heard of this
website, they were happy to raise their books!

he spoke for a few minutes. He looked fit and
well rested, and he'd need to be, as there were
a ton of books to sign. Tattered Cover had many
"pre-orders", and most in the crowd
had also brought along an additional book for
signing. (Tattered Cover had initiated a policy
that Clive would only sign one additional book
for collectors, in addition to the one that
they were purchasing)
